Service:

Photographer offers full service photo sessions at a photo studio in Colorado Springs, CO. (4) sessions per calendar month are accepted. By booking online through this website or otherwise, any prospective Client understands they are booking the session advertised. Paying the booking fee stands as a contract for services and may not be refundable due to change of mind, buyers remorse, or otherwise..

Photography team:

Photographer contracts with other beauty, photographic, and fashion professionals to create the full boudoir experience. These professionals are independent contractors with their own terms of service; they are not employees of Photographer. Photographer is not responsible for services, complaints, or any other issue arising from Client interaction with any contractor's work or business terms.

Pricing and Payment Options:

Client understands that retainer fee pricing may vary as well as the pricing of Collections and other photo products offered. In no way does special or current pricing imply that any future purchase will be discounted or offered at the same price point or contain special privileges or offers. Photo Collections have been created and bundled into all-in-one pricing and offer the best deal available. Photo product investment will be discussed prior to booking and in complete detail after the photo shoot. Flexible Payment options are available to assist Client in purchasing decisions.

Any prospective Client understands there is a separate mandatory Reveal and Ordering appointment that may not be cancelled. This appointment must take place between two and seven days after shoot. This ordering appointment is how Photographer is compensated for delivery of a luxury photo shoot and for purchasing the custom made photo products. No-showing to this appointment constitutes theft of service in Colorado and fraudulent agreement to the business's terms.
