Terms of Service - The Boudoir Experience

Terms & Conditions

Service:

Photographer offers full service boudoir photography sessions at a private photo studio in Colorado Springs, CO. (4) sessions per calendar month are accepted. By booking online through this website or otherwise, any prospective Client understands they are booking for the session advertised.

Photography team:

Photographer contracts with other beauty, photographic, and fashion professionals to create the full boudoir experience. These professionals are independent contractors with their own terms of service; they are not employees of Photographer. Photographer is not responsible for services, complaints, or any other issue arising from Client interaction with any contractor's work or business terms.

Pricing and Payment Options:

Client understands that retainer fee pricing may vary as well as the pricing of Collections and other photo products offered. Paying the booking fee indicates genuine intent to schedule services and may be refundable due to change of mind, buyers remorse, or otherwise within 5 days of booking. In no way does special or current pricing imply that any future purchase will be discounted or offered at the same price point or contain special privileges or offers. Photo Collections have been created and bundled into all-in-one pricing and offer the best price available. Photo product investment will be discussed multiple times up to ordering day. Flexible Payment options are available to assist Client in purchasing decisions.

Ordering:

Any prospective Client understands that a separate Reveal and Ordering appointment takes place between two and seven days after the shoot and may not be canceled. This ordering appointment is how Photographer is compensated for delivery of a luxury photo shoot and for purchasing the custom made photo products. No-showing to this appointment constitutes theft of service in Colorado and fraudulent agreement to the business terms.
